Before You Delete
Deleting your account permanently erases all your Zilleh quiz data including points, rank history, and challenge records. This cannot be undone.
What gets deleted:
- Your profile (username, date of birth, country)
- All points, quiz scores, and challenge history
- Your leaderboard ranking
- Push notification token
- Device ID record
Option 1 — Delete from the App (Recommended)
- Open Zilleh and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account at the bottom.
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog.
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Request via Email
If you cannot access the app, send us a deletion request. Include your registered email address and which app you're registered in. We will process your request within 30 days.
