Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zilleh quiz app ("App"), operated by Zilleh LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Zilleh. By using the App you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the App.

You sign in to Zilleh using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials. You may not share your account or allow others to access it. One account per person is permitted.

Zilleh offers timed skill challenges — reaction, math, memory and pattern — across five levels, opening on a fixed schedule.

• Entry costs a StepCoin fee. It leaves your wallet the moment you join a round and is added to that round’s prize.
• The entry fee is not refundable once the round has started, whether or not you play.
• A 15% platform fee is deducted from the gross prize; the remainder is shared between the winners.
• Each winner’s prize carries a further fee of 2% for subscribers and 8% for non-subscribers.
• The winner count shown for a level is a maximum, not a promise. A place pays only where a real result was posted, so a round may finish with fewer winners.
• All results are computed on our servers from the round data. No score calculated on your device is used.
• Practice mode is entirely free: no fee, no prize, and no place in any ranking.

You must not:

• Use automation, bots, scripts, or any tools to answer questions automatically.
• Modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the App or its API.
• Use emulators, virtual machines, or rooted/jailbroken devices to gain an advantage.
• Tamper with network traffic or intercept API calls.
• Create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
• Share quiz questions or answers with others during an active challenge.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.

All points and scores are calculated exclusively on our servers. The client app does not and cannot modify your score. We employ the following anti-cheat measures:

• Server-side-only scoring — no client input is trusted for point calculation.
• Answer-time validation — answers submitted faster than humanly possible are rejected.
• Emulator and rooted/jailbroken device blocking.
• Screen capture prevention to protect question integrity.
• Device fingerprinting to detect multi-account abuse.

We reserve the right to disqualify scores and suspend accounts if cheating is detected, at our sole discretion.

The leaderboard displays your partially masked username and rank. Any prizes, rewards, or in-app incentives we offer are at our sole discretion and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. We reserve the right to withhold prizes from accounts found to have violated these Terms.

Zilleh offers a referral program where referrers earn rewards for each referred user who meets eligibility requirements.

Referred User Eligibility:

• Complete a minimum of 150 challenges in the qualifying month (approximately 5 challenges per day).
• Activity must be genuine and must not violate Acceptable Use rules.

Rewards:

• Reward value is determined by the referred user's geographic tier (A/B/C/D), verified via IP address.
• Tier values are maintained within the system and are subject to change at Zilleh's discretion.
• First-month activity bonuses apply for highly active referred users.
• All referral rewards are subject to the same review and approval conditions stated in Section 6.

The App is free to use and is supported by advertisements delivered by Google AdMob. By using the App you acknowledge that you may see advertisements. You can learn more about how AdMob uses your data in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or permanently ban your account if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms.
• Are detected cheating by our anti-cheat systems.
• Abuse or harass other users.
• Use the App in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties.

You may also delete your own account at any time. See the Delete Account page.

All content in the App — including quiz questions, design, graphics, code, and the Zilleh name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Zilleh LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our written permission.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of quiz content, or that the leaderboard will always be free from errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zilleh LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved before the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.

If you are a resident of the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
